Prices as shown do not include the charge for delivery to final destination. This charge will be advised by the Seller when the order is placed and agreed with the Buyer before orders are confirmed.
The Seller will not accept responsibility if an incorrect size is ordered. Whilst the Seller will assist in assessing the required size, the Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the size ordered is suitable for their needs.
Whilst the Seller will do their utmost to fulfill commitments under the terms of the order, please note that advanced notice of delivery timescales are approximate. Delivery dates are given in good faith but shall not be deemed binding. Any costs, including consequential, arising from possible delays, will not be accepted by the Seller.
The Seller will not accept the return of goods supplied without prior agreement in writing.
In the event of an order being cancelled by the Buyer, the Buyer shall be liable to reimburse the Seller all losses including expenses, costs, and unfulfilled profit resulting from the cancellation.
Payment in full of the invoiced amount by the Buyer will be required prior to the goods being delivered. If payment is made by cheque, clearance of the cheque will be necessary prior to despatch of the goods.
